About Us..

Yellowhorse Mobile Veterinary Service is an ambulatory veterinary medical practice serving the Greater Charlotte horse community. We are based in Cabarrus County, but will provide services "on the farm" to horse owners in Cabarrus, Union, Mecklenburg, and surrounding NC counties. We also provide veterinary services to sheep, goats, and the occasional pot bellied pig. 

Our goal is to provide for the health and welfare of horses, which in turn will increase the enjoyment and success of their owners. We do this by providing unique customized services through dedication and a firm commitment to being a "part of the team".  We stay current through continuing education, consultations, and networking with specialists across the country, such as those at NCSU-College of Veterinary Medicine in Raleigh, NC and Rood and Riddle Veterinary Hospital in Lexington, KY. 

At Yellowhorse Mobile Veterinary Service we strive to offer not only sound professional advice, but also optimal veterinary care, thus allowing you the enjoyment of your equine partner for a maximum number of years. Our job is not only to treat your horse when he or she isn't feeling well, but also to help you learn how to keep your best friend happy and healthy.
